INVESTMENT MANAGER

As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for:Be actively involved in the deal flow management process.Conduct extensive and deep startups due diligence.Deal structuring for venture debt and convertible notes.Active role in drafting investment memos and preparing materials to be presented in the investment committee.Active role in preparing investor reporting materials.Portfolio management.
