Vamos a contarte que buscamos y que nos hace Genuine.¿Qué estamos buscando?IT project manager is expected to plan, organize and lead execution of implementing technical IT projects and be accountable for ultimate results.¿Qué tienes que hacer?Driving force representing the IT team in the remaining phases of the project.Work closely together with senior business stakeholders in manufacturing domain, as well as the project manager(s) of the implementation partner(s); provide support to business in project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.Structure and manage project planning and resources in an effective and efficient manner.Monitor, administer and report progress against defined project scope, timeline and budget.Define and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan, including risks, milestones and (inter)dependencies.Provide clear and to the point project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders covering progress, exceptions and any approved adjustments.Manage delivery performance of external IT suppliers by creating Statement of Works covering clear roles & responsibilities for to be scoped work and dependencies.Measure project performance and quality to identify areas for improvement required to complete project successfully.¿Qué necesitas saber?Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.10-15+ years of project management and related experience in leading SAP/ERP manufacturing, EH&S and label management projects successfully. Experience with Computer System Validation; managing projects in a validated/regulated environment is preferred.Strong project experience/exposure in manufacturing domain.Project Management Professional certification (like PMI, Agile) preferred.Proven ability to solve problems creatively.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle in complex and international organizations.Excellent analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive multi-disciplinary and global teams and engage with senior stakeholders in both business and IT function.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline by ‘showing’ dedication and sense of urgency.Self-starter mentality and not adverse to do the minimum required project admin.Info de interés:100% teletrabajo, y disponibilidad para viajes puntuales a Barcelona y Kaiseraugst (Suiza)PORQUE EN ENTELGY TODO COMIENZA CONTIGOCuidarte en todos los aspectos es una máxima en Entelgy, es parte de nuestra cultura Genuine que se vive en el día a día.
