IT PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager with a strong background in SAP to join a dynamic team of an international company leader in the food & Beverage sector . This role is crucial for leading and managing SAP-related projects across different business units, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, combined with hands-on expertise in SAP implementations and optimizations.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead end-to-end IT projects, from initiation to closure.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change control.Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and provide regular updates to senior management.Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance management to achieve project goals.SAP Expertise: integrate the campany´s other apps and systems with SAP.Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are executed with high-quality standards, leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed project reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.10+ years of experience in IT project management.Strong experience working in a coorporate environment.Knowledge of SAP Functions and Modules.Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.C1 in English;Nice to Have:Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI).Experience with Change Management and Process Optimization.Previous experience in multinational or consulting environments.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Hybrid work mode.Opportunity to work on innovative projects with leading global brands.Continuous professional development and training programs.A collaborative and inclusive work culture.Únete a nuestro equipo!Aplicamos los principios de No discriminación e igualdad (por su nacionalidad, raza u origen étnico, religión, género, estado civil, condición sexual, discapacidad, edad, etc) en todos nuestros procesos de selección de personal.
