IT PROJECT MANAGER

From Capitole 💎, we are looking for an IT Project Manager with a Workplace Environment background (e.g., O365, Microsoft & Google Services, etc.) for an important international client. This is a full-remote position, based in Spain.As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions within scope, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and execute project activities to achieve business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and full English proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.🚀 ProjectLead and manage IT projects from planning to closure, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables according to best practices.Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with project goals.Communicate progress, milestones, and updates effectively to stakeholders.Foster collaboration and provide leadership to the project team.Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.✅ ExperienceProven experience in IT PMO, project management, or related roles.Proficiency in portfolio management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.Experience in fast-paced retail environments and global teams.Strong experience using MS Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for presenting complex findings.⚙️ Required SkillsAdvanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or portfolio management (e.g., PfMP) is highly desirable.Ability to manage and deliver a dynamic workload under pressure without constant supervision.Experience in change management practices.Full English.
