IT project manager is expected to plan, organize and lead execution of implementing technical IT projects and be accountable for ultimate results.¿Qué tienes que hacer?Manage and oversee large, long-range or complex project(s) in the area of implementing and integrating the digital labelling solutions.Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.Develop project scope, cost/budget estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet the project/program objectives.Establish and monitor project/program priorities and goals and coming up with plans to meet them, determining procedures, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.Coordinate project team members, develop schedules and individual responsibilities.Provide leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.Coordinate testing and production releases and rollouts, proactively assess, mitigate and manage project risks, escalate impediments, delegating tasks to the necessary team members and obtain the necessary approvals.Maintain status reports and organize meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and results.Help ensure value delivery and help drive relentless improvement.Develop, establish, and oversee project prioritization processes that contribute to the SDLC by establishing and communicating the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments /Releases.Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.Develop and maintain records and compose correspondence relative to work.Participate in analysis of IT solutions by tracking the execution of features and capabilities using metrics and escalating and tracking impediments.Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets.Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.¿Qué necesitas saber? Project management and leadership skills for managing complex projects and the teams involved with them.Functional knowledge and experience in implementing and managing digital labelling solutions in complex applications landscape (ideally Loftware environment: LPS - Loftware Print Server V12 and Spectrum).Understanding of key digital labelling functionalities and business processes, integrations, master data, dependencies, and architecture.Self-motivation, proactive and persistent approach, excellent self-organizational and prioritization skills, agility.Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, the leadership and business stakeholders (professional level English, other languages such as Spanish, Chinese are an added value)Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project execution.Excellent organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.Facilitating meetings / communications with internal and/or external project stakeholders in various time zones.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.Using financial acumen (CAPEX/OPEX) and analytical skills to provide insights and make decisions in support of the project completion.Assessing and proactively manage requirements, resources, risks, project budgets and product cost and develop & implement mitigation plans, escalate impediments.Following and reporting on waterfall projects from inception till completion (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing).Vendor management experience.Quality assurance, making sure scope delivery does meet stakeholders needs and brings business value.Preparation of reports for Directors, VPs, SteerCo and executive levels.Team player with expertise in working alone with minimum supervision.Fast learner and knowledge transfer skills to other team members.Info de interés: 100% teletrabajo, y disponibilidad para viajes puntuales a Barcelona y Kaiseraugst (Suiza)PORQUE EN ENTELGY TODO COMIENZA CONTIGOCuidarte en todos los aspectos es una máxima en Entelgy, es parte de nuestra cultura Genuine que se vive en el día a día.
