ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets. To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support. To identify and build a long-term active pipeline for their team, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities. To provide knowledge of the market to the Head of Sales ensuring the clients have the appropriate information about our solutions and are given the support to allow them to solve their pain points. Raise the company and business profile by representing Alfred Smart at industry events, high level networking and always promoting an image of professionalism. Collaborates with the Sales Team to develop a concise plan to accomplish the retention and acquisition of clients/markets. Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels. Leads interactions in a client-facing role for high value sales opportunities. Coordination and governance of sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation and negotiation. Evaluates industry and business trends and analyzes performance and responds with necessary business change. Education and Experience Proven track record of success in winning new business, demonstrated knowledge of the outsourced services market, and the ability to influence all organizational levels - including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with executives/decision makers. A professional background of outsourcing of technical/engineering or related services is preferred along with a strong education background. Extensive experience and knowledge in the real estate industry In terms of personal characteristics, we are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial approach with a growth mindset to deliver results, whilst influencing the team. Resilience, proactivity & tenacity is also important. The successful candidate should be able to prioritize key initiatives, develop business development effort to align the overall business unit goals. Experience working with large data CRMs and creating expansion sales strategies. Fluent written & spoken English & Spanish is essential for the role.
