The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, developing business plans, providing top-notch customer service, effective communication, and driving sales initiatives on a daily basis.Responsibility:Be responsible for ensuring sell-through and sell-out alongside given targets for the Open Market Customer(s) you will be in charge of.Be responsible for the related sales KPI: Revenue, P&L, Market Share etc.Be responsible for the target achievement and long-term growth development with selected customers/retailers, cooperating with Go-to-market/Marketing/Retail teams.Develop an effective implementation of promotions with customers/retailers for Huawei smartphones.Build up and consolidate solid relationships with selected customers/retailers in Spain.Generate sales reports for the management on periodic basis.Identify and provide insights on sales and market trends.QualificationsExperience in Account Management and Business PlanningExperience in working with Spain major retailers more than 3 years.Strong Customer Service and Communication skillsProven track record in SalesExcellent negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
