Developing the channel through the distributor's sales forces and managing the development plans of the main franchisee groups.
Working directly with National Petrol KAM, Field & Trade Marketing teams.
These strategies will focus on the main long-term sales drivers (prices, promo plan, consumer activation, Red Bull coolers and in store visibility).

Ampliar todas MAIN RESPONSABILITIES * Search new TOP gas station groups will be key point to develop agreements as well as analyzing figures and results, implementing success models.
* Proactivity to create different channel dynamics, activations and strategies to develop main KPI’s goals.
* Distribution gain.
They will work together with wholesaler sales force and gas station area manager to achieve distribution providing them the right tools to communicate and implement our channel KPI´s in their stores.
* Promotion & consumer activation plan.
they will negotiate and implement promo/consumer activation plan with all customers according to gas station channel strategy.
KAM should ensure perfect in store execution to the consumers working close to Red Bull GPV´s.
EXPERIENCE At least 2-3 years Commercial experience in account management Experience in field sales managing agreements with important stores chain.
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context.

Degree level in BA, Marketing or similar is valuable.
