Reporting directly to the Head of OPS ¿Dónde vas a trabajar? Important quick-service restaurant Company (KFC Iberia) Descripción The key functions would include.
Partner with 17 franchisees to ensure restaurants within the BMU are maintained and developed to the highest standards of Customer, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed.
Recommend action plans to ensure continued progress in all Brand, Local and Food Safety standards as well as customer Experience.
Use structured store visits to provide regular feedback to Franchisee and team.
Execute towards AOP Projects which support growth of the BMU and brand.
This includes new restaurant openings, Delivery and Drive channels optimization and various special projects...
Complete regular business reviews with franchise communities to build awareness, share best practice and build comradery and culture within partner group.
Attend Franchise Partner communication meetings to ensure knowledge and expectations are aligned with OPs and Franchisee as well as build Franchise autonomy.
Build relationships with key support contacts across all different business areas in the RSC to ensure timely support to franchisees for any issues and concerns.
Develop strategic projects in partnership with the Finance department to optimize Ops dependent P&L lines.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? The required Skills and Experience are.
Operational experience and Know How (Min 3 years).
Experience in dealing with franchise partners preferred.
Experience in QSR or very similar restaurant system.
Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills.
Consistently high communication skills both written and verbal, enabling them to take people with you.
Analytical mind capable of understanding and applying systematic actions plus conceiving step change ideas to bring the Ops Capability Action Plans to life.
Outstanding action driving ability.
Capable to read and understand financial and sales reports.
Spanish and Fluent English (C1) is a must.
