Responsible for efficiently operating the Legal – Products, Procurement&Regulatory function in Business VOIS by planning and leading the team, allocating resources, and improving processes.
Collaborate with Group Legal and Local Market Leadership to develop long-term strategy and legal roadmap for the Products, Procurement&Regulatory functions.
Act as the primary contact for and oversee the legal support for all product legal and regulatory matters related to Product Development, in-life product support and de-commissioning for global and local products across the globe (product portfolios fully owned and supported.
Mobility, IoT, Fixed, Carrier Services, E2E IoT, Marketplace, Managed Saas).
Oversee all contracting matters relating to highly bespoke Vodafone Business International procurement agreements.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Group Legal and cross-functional initiatives.
The responsibilities extend across various lines of businesses and departments, including VBI Enterprise, VBI Carrier&Subsea, Carrier Voice & IPX, IoT, within Group Legal and all Local Markets, and across the whole Vodafone footprint with a focus on optimal resource utilization and skilful management the role is responsible to uphold high standards while handling multiple types of portfolios independently..
What you’ll do.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced and senior lawyers and regulatory professionals specializing in highly bespoke supplier contract negotiations, responsible for advising the business on Vodafone Businesss Products&Services and regulatory matters.
• Oversee and responsible for product legal and regulatory support for the full product lifecycle, including the development of customer friendly and risk appropriate templates for Global type B and C products that reflect tight alignment with the Product Operating Model, in-life product support and de-commissioning.
• Develop strong business partner relationships with key leaders across Legal & Business Integrity, Group External Affairs, Vodafone Local Markets, and Vodafone Business to enable the delivery of Group B&C Business Products & Services in an effective, efficient and compliant way.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Take responsibility for drafting and negotiating complex and strategic agreements end-to-end and advise on legal matters in relation to the VBI Procurement area.
• Play a proactive role in the Legal & Business Integrity Products & Services Management Team, taking on responsibility for sponsoring change program and projects to drive improvements, Spirit behaviors and engagement year on year.
• Advise and collaborate with all levels of business stakeholders up to SLT level, understand business strategies, handle senior-level escalations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline the New Product Development process and Regulatory support to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Train and supervise senior and experienced team members, including quality control and escalation of matters.
• Assist in implementing long-term strategies for the team and collaborate with legal teams across markets to share best practices, supporting seamless access to legal knowledge and resources.

• Leadership – Experience with leading a diverse team of both Legal Advisors with a highly professional background and knowledge of the field as well as the supporting personnel.
