Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees.
Provides support for the Product Leadership Culture, which establishes BorgWarner as a world-class leader in Powertrain Systems and retains talent that is best in class.
Assists in employee relations counselling, new employee orientations, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing.
Coordinates recruiting activity to ensure the best talent is selected.
Creates environment to support the ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and ongoing improvement.
Diagnoses organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams.
Identifies training needs and designs training programs that support the organization's change management initiatives and need for developing the knowledge and capabilities of all internal talent.
Coordinates and conducts internal training programs and evaluates effectiveness.
Coordinates relocation and immigration activities.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required.
Leads employee activities and events sponsored.
Participates in and/or leads special group projects as required.
Responsible for other generalist duties as required.
