Post-Graduation / Graduation Must have handled Internal and external Quality Management Certification or customer audits Certification ITILv4, ISO , SAFe, Agile, PMP/Prince2 Candidate should be well versed in conducting audits and SQA reviews for delivery processes.
Essential Agile and waterfall – methodologies DevOps knowledge Project Management Implementation experience of CMMI SVC Optional Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Candidate should be well versed Software Engineering process.
(SDLC) Practices and should have know how of Ticketing tools Like Remedy Service Now etc Roles and Responsibilities QA Audits & Trainings Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence and compliance to defined and applicable IQMS & Business processes.
(CMMi, TMMI, Agile, DevOps, CI-CT-CD pipelines) Review service specific process tailoring requirements (identified by Service Delivery teams for their business context) (Handing exception trackers, kind of deviation) Conduct process Trainings for Delivery Teams (Conduct trainings on Methodologies, Agile, DevOps, etc) Project Management QA Reviews Ability to review delivery processes from performance perspective and identify Risks, Gaps and improvement opportunities (Project Risk Management) Ability to analyze data of services (Incident/ Service request etc.) and determine trends.
