Keeplers mission is to make their customers more competitive, agile, and resilient by integrating data into corporate processes in the form of data product.Primary Responsibilities & DutiesThe New Business Sales Executive is responsible to grow the business within a well defined ideal customer profile and thrive against key competitors by developing Keepler as a strategic partner.He/She will work closely with Cloud Partner Sales Organisations (AWS, Google mainly) in order to develop pipeline and create new opportunities.Develops business and territory plans for targeted customer base. Leading the pipeline generation with the marketing and partnership teams support.Pipeline management: Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near, mid and long term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.She/he will work with the customer and keepler technical team to translate the outcomes into required capabilities that can be met by Keepler’s services and solutions to help them achieve their outcomes.Promote and sell offers, solutions and services in line with the development strategy of Keepler and always focuses on value selling.Establish relationships with key stakeholders in clients at a strategic level to identify business challenges and opportunities.Overall territory management including detailed territory planning, sales forecasting, and communication within the team and customer.Professional Requirements and Experiences5 years of IT/Cloud / Data consultative sales experience in closing new business and carrying quota in Spain.Previous experience in IT professional services projects related to AI, Data & Analytics Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud in Spain is desirable.Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent team player .Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, database and higher order capabilities like microservices, analytics, serverless and machine learning.Personal AttributesYou are a native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency, excelling in both written and verbal communication.Accurate way of working, willing and capable to deal with the detail, but with a pragmatic as well as commercial approach.Ambitious, pleasant personality with good humour, empathy, modesty, a spirit of service towards clients and camaraderie.Be part of a high-performing team and always strive for being an active and inspiring team player.Complete personal integrity, openness and honesty in discussions and negotiationsDetail oriented, but has the overview; knows what is important and is willing and able to see chances and possibilities in critical situations (analytical, straight and clear way of thinking)Excellent communication skills, persuasive, decisive, judgment, creative and empathic.
