OFFICE MANAGER

We’re looking for an Office Manager for our office in Murcia, Spain.Responsabilities:Greet and assist visitors at the reception.Organize and schedule meetings, plan daily activities, and book meeting rooms.Receive packages, log deliveries, and manage storage and recipient information.Control and manage inventory, including office supplies and IT equipment.Assist in event planning and organization, such as the 15th anniversary meeting with catering and room setup.Oversee and log cleaning services, manage administrative tasks, and request invoices.Control access and request ID from visitors.Report weekly incidents to Alba, documenting issues and solutions.Maintain entry records in Excel.Requirements:Intermediate English level (B1+).Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.About the Company:You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about the brand and your future colleagues will be useful now. llaoIIao is a frozen yoghurt brand founded in 2009 in Spain.
