Our client is a leading consultancy firm specializing in strategic marketing to drive impactful growth for international companies and brands. We are currently looking for a proactive and dynamic office manager and Accountant to be in charge of the followingResponsibilitiesHandle invoicing process, liaising with accounting firm for both receivables and payables.Assist partners in client management and scheduling, serving as the main point of contact.Coordinate agendas for partners, employees, and consultants.Provide executive support, including personal assistance tasks.Internalize part of current tasks handled by the accounting firm.Schedule client-consultant meetings and manage travel arrangements with agencies.Perform general office duties such as procurement, maintenance, and reception.Manage deliveries and document handling to and from the accounting firm.Respond to occasional phone calls and welcome visitors.RequirementsYou bring at least 5 years' experience in office management and personal assistant for executive roles.Experience working in international environmentsSpanish Accounting Plan knowledge is requiredBilingual proficiency in Spanish, Catalan and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments.Advanced proficiency in various computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and others, showcasing strong technical capabilities essential for efficient office operations.Previous experience in the consumer goods sector will be highly valued.Soft skillsHigh degree of autonomy and strong sense of initiative, proactiveness and responsibilityExcellent planning and organizational skillsTeamwork and customer orientationFlexibility and adaptability Goal orientation and commitment to excellence
