OFFSHORE SURVEY MANAGER (PARTY CHIEF)

Join our team as an Offshore Survey Manager (Party Chief) in our Marine Survey Division 🌟Tecnoambiente, a subsidiary of Tradebe, is a multidisciplinary geoscience and environmental consultancy, with its own accredited laboratory. Specialized in the marine environment, offshore and coastal, we perform hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical and environmental surveys and studies for projects in Europe, West Africa, and Latin America.What will you do? Make an impact!As an Offshore Survey Engineer, you will report to the Survey Manager and act as the company's authority during vessel mobilization and acquisition phases. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of offshore marine survey projects, ensuring the successful execution of survey activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As Party Chief, you will be dispatched on vessels to coordinate mobilization, manage the survey team and equipment, and ensure that all project objectives are met within specified timelines. Your primary mission will be to maximize vessel utilization and minimize standby time.Plan, coordinate, and supervise vessel marine operations, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and project schedules.Lead the mobilization/demobilization of survey vessels and equipment, and manage the offshore survey team.Act as Party Chief, liaising with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, and addressing any concerns.Oversee survey equipment setup, calibration, and operation while ensuring the accuracy and quality of collected data.Coordinate data processing and analysis, preparing detailed reports on survey findings and project milestones.Promote a culture of safety, conduct briefings, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment for future deployments.
