This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury real estate sector, working closely with seasoned professionals in departments such as: Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations teams. Right now we have a position open for an Operations & HR intern.More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Assist the Chief of Staff in daily operational tasks related to areas such as HR, Recruitment, Legal, and Business Operations. Help document and streamline operational processes in our digital knowledge base to improve efficiency.Help identify bottlenecks in processes and to prepare training for the team to increase adoption. Keep track of projects timelines, milestones and deliverables of cross-departmental projectsCoordinate internal and external events, such as team-building events and monthly team meetings.Be an ambassador of our Google Drive and ensure valuable documents are stored correctly across the organization.Assist in the preparation of management team meetings and prepare required assets to evaluate business performance. Who you are:Our internship program is a great opportunity to kickstart your career if you are highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the luxury real estate industry. Job Skills & Qualifications:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Operations.Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You speak English fluently.
