Are you ready to turn dreams into reality?We're seeking passionate individual to join our dynamic team as Partnerships & Product Manager. At BSI Lifestyle, we're not just about travel – our mission is creating unforgettable travel experiences that help our clients fulfil their dreams and aspirations as well as adding a touch of magic to their everyday life. As proud members of Virtuoso, and with a global network of partners, we deliver dedicated support in every facet of travel arrangements, and ensure seamless journeys tailored to our clients' desires. Position Title: Partnerships & Product ManagerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:The Partnerships & Product Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our market presence and service offerings. This position also involves designing innovative luxury travel products and leading key marketing initiatives to promote the company.The Partnerships & Product Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure company partnerships align with the company's goals and provide exceptional value to our clients.Key Responsibilities:·       Strengthen relationships with existing partners to uncover new revenue opportunities.·       Identify, source, and onboard new suppliers aligned with the company’s standards and goals.·       Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.·       Act as escalation point of contact to solve problems with suppliers, mitigate price difference and any other related matter.·       Follow the latest travel trends, keep up to date with extraordinary experiences worldwide.·       Design and curate unique luxury travel experiences tailored to the preferences of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, ensuring an exceptional standard of exclusivity, innovation, and personalization.·       Work closely with operations department to maintain and develop the travel product knowledge across departments..·       Represent the company at travel industry events, FAM trips and trade shows, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile.Requirements: ·       Broad working knowledge of key travel brands and partners globally across various travel segments.·       A genuine passion for luxury travel with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations.·       Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.·       A positive, hands-on approach, coupled with a solutions-oriented mindset.·       Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.·       A natural networker who can develop and implement new initiatives to commercially impact the team and business.·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.·       Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Ready to Join?If you're excited about transforming travel dreams and enhancing lifestyles, we want to hear from you.
