The business segments include:Overseas Local Express Delivery: COE has now taken shape, and overall order volume has increased to a new level.Freight Supply Chain: Building local freight and supply chain networks!Logistics Technology Innovation: Specialized products such as market-oriented self-pickup lockers, IoT, SaaS, etc.Job Description- Based on the characteristics of indirect procurement for overseas business, establish the necessary procurement processes, standards, and operating methods for procurement management.- Improve the various functional modules of the B2P process, including but not limited to demand management, sourcing, contracts, orders, and payments, as well as supplier management and category management.- Integrate with other internal business systems or platforms to form a company-wide indirect procurement management ecosystem.- Through digital transformation, build the core procurement platform required for international indirect procurement management, including but not limited to a sourcing center, order center, supplier portal, supplier management platform, legal contract system, etc.- Achieve business datafication for international indirect procurement management through digital transformation, utilizing a data-driven approach to establish and continuously optimize the indirect procurement data system and standards.- Continuously connect the full business chain data based on the indirect procurement data system.- Based on the indirect procurement data system and core platform, complete the full data management chain from data accumulation, cleaning, analysis, to insights, providing procurement-related analysis and reports.- Collaborate with the big data platform to complete business-oriented big data analysis, offering insights into business opportunities and risks through big data.Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in internet procurement CoE/PMO or supply chain consulting experience in consulting firms.- Proficiency in Chinese & English listening and speaking.
