PRODUCT MANAGER

Centric Market Intelligence™ (formerly StyleSage), is an AI driven competitive assortment benchmarking and market trend insights solution for fashion, beauty and home goods brands and retailers.We are a key innovation partner for iconic and emerging brands across the world.Our Platform is able to analyze the info of more than 1.000 retailers, processing data from more than 600.000 brands, tracking millions of products!Our multidisciplinary team works towards a common goal: developing an incredibly easy and intuitive user experience that is supported by deploying high quality features and improvements on time.You will be part of the Product Management & Design (PMD) Team, where you will work on the product management of key features of our platform. You will be working on analysis for customer request, definition of product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives while contributing to the scalability and user-centric nature of our rapidly growing product. You will also be assigned to squads and mini-squad and be the product manager of strategic initiatives.As a Product Manager, Your Responsibilities AreFeature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design and business teams, to gather product requirements. Articulate feature specifications and user stories.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and help the engineering team achieve a smooth development process.Proactively analyzing engineering blockers with developers and find alternative solutions to the identified use cases.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.Engage with business teams to ensure successful product launches.Managing Squad or Mini-Squad Product Management:Product management and resource control for the R&D process of strategic initiatives in a squad or mini-squad.Communication:Effectively communicate initiative status, updates, and key milestones to business stakeholders.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in Product Management for B2B software solutions.Technical knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and issues.Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) and product management software (such as ProductBoard).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent speaker of English and Spanish.Attention to detail and information hierarchy, excellent communication skills to articulate insights, thoughtful approaches to problem solving.Commitment to collaboration, and enthusiasm for creative thinking.Soft SkillsYour work will require communicating and aligning with other peers. Effective communication skills are necessary.Ability to work autonomously.
