And speaking about the future, shall we talk about yours? JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Software Development team, reporting directly to the IT Business solutions manager.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and management of software solutions for industrial applications within a leading construction-focused organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include.
Product Strategy & Roadmap.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and long-term vision.
Feature Prioritization.
Define and prioritize product features and user requirements based on market research and stakeholder input.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Performance Monitoring.
Track and analyze product performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy.
Launch Management.
Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating activities across multiple teams.
KPI Development.
Define, measure, and communicate key performance indicators to evaluate the product's success and impact on business objectives.

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within industrial or construction-related environments A strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to facilitate discussions, prioritize interests, and balance strategic and tactical goals.
