Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Software Development team, reporting directly to the IT Business solutions manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and management of software solutions for industrial applications within a leading construction-focused organization.Key responsibilitiesAs a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and long-term vision.Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and user requirements based on market research and stakeholder input.Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy.Launch Management: Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating activities across multiple teams.KPI Development: Define, measure, and communicate key performance indicators to evaluate the product's success and impact on business objectives.
