PRODUCT MANAGER WITH SCIENTIFIC BACKGROUND FOR PHARMACEUTICAL LAUNCHES

¿Qué buscamos? Perfil de Product Manager con fuerte background científico para una posición global, en la que será imprescindible el trabajo en equipo con otros departamentos, para gestionar el ciclo de vida de los productos desde su desarrollo hasta el lanzamiento.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES · Análisis de mercado para identificar las tendencias, necesidades y oportunidades de los productos.
Identificar oportunidades y necesidades de los clientes.
· Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de producto alineadas con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
· Coordinación de lanzamientos de nuevos productos y trabajar con I+D en la mejora de los existentes.
· Colaborar con el equipo de marketing y ventas para asegurar el posicionamiento adecuado de los productos en el mercado.
· Desarrollo de contenido de producto en diferentes medios, así como asistencia a eventos y congresos internacionales.
· Supervisar el rendimiento de los productos a través de métricas clave y optimizar las campañas y estrategias.
Requisitos Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 5-10 años realizando funciones similares en sector farmacéutico con líneas de OTC, nutraceúticos, Apis(entorno GMP).
Formación.
Químico/a, Biología o Farmacia y especialización en Marketing.
Idiomas.
Imprescindible Inglés Advanced y Español.
Disponibilidad para viajar un 30% de su jornada en viajes internacionales.
Habilidades en estrategia, análisis y creatividad.
Dinamismo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
