Position Summary.
The Product Technical Manager is accountable for development, ensuring compliance, implementation, and solution performance measurement & optimisation.
They are responsible for building, maintaining and managing an effective team of Release and Migration managers, as well as leading vendor implementation resources and coordinating with shared internal technical resources.
They will work closely with the Solution Manager as a peer to ensure that solutions are presented, approved and implemented aligned with business expectations and success conditions.
his role leverages DevOps, Agile, and SCRUM practices to meet platform delivery milestones.
By aligning technical solutions with business goals, the Product Technical Manager delivers scalable, compliant solutions that achieve impactful results in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you’ll do Leads and coordinates technical development efforts across internal teams and external vendors for Content Hub and Brand Hub.
Delivers high-quality, scalable, and compliant solution designs on time and within budget.
Translates business requirements received from the Solution Manager into actionable development plans and technical solutions.
Manages the Release Manager and Asset Migration Manager, ensuring alignment with project goals and responsibilities.
Fosters collaboration and productivity across shared resources within GM, IT MSE, and external vendors.
Oversees resource and team member allocation to maximize productivity and optimize workloads.
nsures platforms meet all compliance, data security, and performance benchmarks.
Conducts regular audits and collaborate with IT teams for necessary adjustments.
Drives adoption of Agile and DevOps practices within the technical teams.
Coaches and mentors team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Promotes cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure the successful delivery of business-aligned solutions.
