At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for a Program Manager to join our engineering team in Valencia, Spain.Main functions to develop: Project CoordinationBudget ManagementIdentifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards is essential.Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Requirements:+ 3 years of experience as Program Manager in the automotive sector working with German customer.Fluent in English is required.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Travel availability is required.High leadership and Organizational skills.Compensation and Benefits:Flexible Compensation Plan.Medical health insurance.Training and professional development opportunities.Flexible working hours and smartworking.Hybrid model.At Itera Mobility Engineering, we cultivate a dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
