At Omnicom Media Group, international media group, we are searching for a Project Manager to join the Creative Content & Experience team.Are you in for a new challange? Keep reading to learn all the details.Responsabilities: Support account management team in developing ideas for agency clients.Get ready to be involved in a lot of brainstorming Come ready, do your previous research and thinking to bring amazing ideas to the table.To be in constant contact with media, production and creativity partners to be updated with the latest innovation and opportunities to tap into.You will have to be hungry to keep up with the latest trends, innovations and out-of-the-box projects. It will be desireable if you have a especial expertise in social, gaming, streaming, creators economy environments. You will have to help account management to come up with great ideas to deploy into projects for our clients. Projects that can involve any kind of media and content creativity.Creation of proposals, appealing and commercial decks, understanding the communication needs of the advertiser and the channels in which they will be developed.Control, traffic, dimension, and tracking of projects, hand in hand with the account team, to ensure their proper development.Define the creative and activation scope and budget, together with the account director/manager, guaranteeing that we cover all our production needs.Present to clients the proposal. What We Are Looking For: 4+ years of experience in a similar role in media agencies, in special actions departments, content departments, transmedia/creative/social departments.Someone passionate about creativity. Perfect understanding of creative production, budgets and timings. Capable of working within tight time and budget constraints to produce content of the highest quality.Resolutive and agile mindset. Capability of working in simultaneous projects even if priorities change. Ability to manage a high volume of projects and easily adapt to different creative visions.Ability to organize and track projects.Experience in managing vendors.Knowledge of the media and production partner scope, mainly based in Spain.Knowledge of the gaming, social and creators economy.
