We are looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager, with a WorkPlace Environment background (e.g. O365, MS & Google Services etc). for an important international client.This position would be Fullremote position, based in Spain.As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions within scope, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and execute project activities to achieve business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Requirements:• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and project sponsors.• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to guide project execution and monitor progress.• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to stakeholders, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success.• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process improvement.Experience• Proven experience in IT PMO, project management, or related roles.• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.• Worked in a fast-paced Retail environment• Experience working with global teams• Proven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findingsWhat we look for:• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or portfolio management (e.g., PfMP) is highly desirable.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and evaluate alternatives.• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and motivate project teams.• Highly computer literate• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills• Able to work both individually and as part of a team• Able to prioritise, organise and deliver a complex and changing workload under pressure, without constant supervision and to tight deadlines• Ability to guide and influence the development of junior colleagues through best practice in the discipline• Experience of change management practicesDesirable Skills• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management or related field. • Knowledge of a range of software in use within large organisations e.g. SAP etc• Experience of working within a Retail environment We're great, but we'll be even better with you.For this you will have:- Budget of €1,200 in individual training for you to use for whatever you want (technology events, books, training, certifications, etc.).- Follow-up with your team every month for continuous feedback.- Flexible working hours to help you reconcile your professional / family life.- Private medical insurance paid in full by Capitole.- Flexible remuneration (restaurant tickets, transport and/or childcare).- Andjoy - Discounts on major brands for employees (Club Capitole)Get to know the whole family:- Team Buildings every two months - don't miss the summer party or the Christmas dinner!- Football team sponsored by Capitole.- Technological communities for you to share your knowledge and ideas with the other teams, sharing internal knowledge is essential!!!!- Last but not least a TEAM!
