About the role.
Directs a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile/Scrum environment to develop and implement significant improvements to core systems and business processes to help fulfill our Data Platform strategy.
What you’ll do.
Executes projects using the Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban Develop, track, & communicate project schedules and achievements Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments Conduct agile scrum ceremonies and works with PO to refine and prioritize backlog Retrospect frequently to identify improvement opportunities and implement them Track and report project progress Collaborates with both IT and business partners to deliver the project successfully.
What you’ll need.
IT professional with 3-5 years of agile project management.
Candidate should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills along with ownership and accountability Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment Strong knowledge of project tracking software like Jira Very good written and verbal communication skills Nice to have Experience working with a distributed team Experience in tracking projects following Kanban guidelines Jira Dashboards and report creation Who you are Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
