Relación con partners estratégicos: Colaboración continua con partner del grupo, el partner en leasing y marketing, actuando como nexo entre las dos empresas.
Presentación de informes y reporting: Preparación y presentación de informes financieros y de rendimiento a bancos e inversores; reportes trimestrales sobre el progreso del plan de negocio.
Planificación y ejecución de mejoras: Propuestas de mejoras estratégicas en el activo, y supervisión de la implementación de estándares corporativos de la empresa.
Colaboración transversal: Trabajo directo con los equipos de gestión de la empresa en otros fondos y activos, participando en reuniones y colaborando con las oficinas de Londres para asegurar la alineación de los objetivos estratégicos. Requisitos:Experiencia: 2-3 años como Property Manager en gestión de activos inmobiliarios, preferentemente en retail. Experiencia en otro tipo de activos como oficinas será valorada.
Habilidades técnicas: Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
Interés en desarrollo profesional: Ganas de aprender y crecer en una empresa que ofrece proyección a nivel nacional e internacional.
Alto nivel de inglés.
