PROPERTY MANAGER (M/W/X) - PERMANENT CONTRACT - IBIZA

About the job.
Reporting to the Director of Property Management at Le Collectionist, your main function will be to manage your portfolio of properties on the island of Ibiza in an assigned area.
This role will require a strong emphasis on team coordination, problem-solving, and strategic organization to ensure the smooth operation of each property and the satisfaction of both owners and guests..
Property Management:.
Manage the villas within your portfolio to proactively identify and address any issues, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards during both the high and low seasons..
Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task..
Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers..
Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the signed real estate management contract..
Resolve any issues related to the above elements before, during, and after the guest’s stay as effectively as possible to maximize their satisfaction and that of the owner..
Lead operational teams in property preparation and guest services, ensuring smooth coordination across departments..
Support and guide cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring clarity of roles and objectives for each team member..
Encourage a collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to take initiative in resolving issues while maintaining high-quality service standards..
This entails:.
Anticipate guest needs by monitoring arrival schedules, preparing check-in and departure files, and resolving any potential issues proactively..
Welcoming each of our clients according to Le Collectionist brand standards..
Ensure that each guest is welcomed to a property whose customization, level of comfort, facilities, and quality of household staff consistently exceed their expectations, regardless of their location worldwide..
Responding to various requests from our guests during their stay..
Acting as a strong point of the concierge service at the destination..
Manage the check-out process, ensuring properties are returned in good condition and any potential disputes are handled efficiently..
Develop a troubleshooting framework for addressing property-related challenges before, during, and after guests' stays, maintaining open communication with property owners...
