RECRUITMENT MANAGER (FREELANCER/CONTRACTOR HIRING PROJECT)

Position IntroductionThis position is primarily focused on supporting the recruitment projects for domestic and international freelancers or contractors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various recruitment channels for freelancers and contractors, as well as effective management strategies to ensure successful onboarding and collaboration.Job DescriptionWork closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessmentEngaged in the full recruitment cycle including the job posting, CV screening, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.Attract and identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.Build pipelines with candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Establish/maintain a talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability.Manage interview tracking and analysis report.Be flexible to be involved in other people's Ops Projects. Will partner with fellow People Ops team members & own various projects to drive greater company initiatives forward - like onboarding, training, employer branding as needed.Manage and develop external recruiting vendors, partners, and manage job postings and hiring channels.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, major in HR, or related will be preferred.More than 6 years’ hiring experience preferably in industries like e-learning, e-commerce, gaming, travel, fin-tech, etc. Overseas working experience will be preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages will be a plus.Proactive and result-oriented.
