Your contribution.
Establish and maintain relationships with municipalities and administrations, as well as all public authorities, with the goal of accelerating approval procedures Support the acquisition and deployment team in difficult cases and represent Vantage Towers in actively solving problems on site (in particular, attending municipal council meetings, participating in implementation inspections) Collaborate with the regional project management teams with the goal of incorporating approval schedules and associated risks into business decisions Communicate permit requirements and related development risks or impacts to various internal stakeholders, including legal, design, construction and operations teams Support the regional acquisition and deployment teams in securing the deployment targets for mobile communications infrastructure   What makes you stand out.
Distinct interpersonal skills/ soft skills and presentation skills Excellent negotiation skills Initiative and a strong sense of personal commitment as well as responsibility Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes and applicable regulations in connection with the acquisition of real estate Experience in permit planning and compliance for site development Experience in dealing with authorities and public agencies Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal teams, environmental consultants, attorneys, contractors and regulatory agencies At least 3-5 years of experience in acquiring land use permits and sites At least 3-5 years of experience in permitting in the wireless or a related industry Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint Experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction, and/or public utility is required What we offer.
