REGIONAL MANAGER

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. The company was founded 27 years ago and successfully exports its products to Europe and other international markets. The company continues to develop actively, which is why we are opening the vacancy for the position of Regional Manager in Spain.We are looking for a person who lives in Catalonia/Valencia/Andalusia, has experience in active sales, and speaks Spanish and Ukrainian/Russian at a communicative level.Main Responsibilities:Developing a strategy and driving sales in the assigned territory.Achieving planned sales targets.Searching for and connecting new clients.Ensuring timely and full payment for products, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by clients.Conducting meetings and negotiations with clients during business trips, as well as participating in industry exhibitions.Monitoring the "Beauty" market and visiting sales points in the assigned territory.Working Conditions:Transparent motivation system (salary + % from sales + KPI bonuses).Work in a dynamic international company.Constant support from colleagues and management.Interesting tasks, business trips, and participation in exhibition events.Partial remote work in a home-office format.Opportunities for career and professional growth.Official employment, paid vacation, and sick leave.What is important to us:Proficiency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian).Knowledge of English is an advantage.At least 1 year of experience in active sales.Availability of a car and a driving license.Willingness to travel — at least 5 working days per month.Proficiency in MS Office.Negotiation skills.Goal-oriented, self-organized, and communicative.If you are interested in the position, please send your resume.
