We are looking for a confident Revenue Manager who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the head of distribution and revenue management to onboard new properties and update the existing portfolio across distribution channels Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for existing and new markets across online and offline distribution channels Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and research to inform pricing decisions Provide data-driven pricing recommendations for new properties and promotions Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify pricing opportunities and risks Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and promotional campaigns Data extraction, blending, report creation, and analysis to support pricing and revenue management decisions Perform rate and restriction loading through PMS and Revenue Management systems Assist in the design and creation of Revenue Management dashboards and cross-system analysis Regularly review and optimize pricing based on demand patterns, competitor activity, and market conditions Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.

Preferably a degree in hospitality management, alternatively in business management You have at least 1 year of experience with revenue management experimentation or working in a hotel sales & revenue management department You speak and write English fluently You are eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona You are proficient in Excel (will be tested) The nice-to-haves.
Proven track record of successful analytical or distribution / revenue management role Interest in start-ups and technology You understand Airbnb, Booking.
