SAP PROGRAM MANAGER

EBRO SUV is a leading automotive company committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled SAP Program Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of SAP ERP from the ground up, streamlining our business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Develop and manage the SAP ERP project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP ERP modules to meet the specific needs of the car company, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.Ensure seamless integration of SAP ERP with existing systems and third-party applications, maintaining data flow and functionality.Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the external consulting firm responsible for SAP programming and development.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP ERP.Monitor and maintain the ERP system, performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting as needed.Stay updated with the latest features and updates of SAP ERP, applying best practices to optimize system performance.Manage vendor and external partner relationships to ensure successful project delivery and support.Technical Requirements:Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions.Strong understanding of ERP processes and best practices.Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP ERP modules, including finance (FI/CO), sales (SD), and supply chain (MM).Experience with data migration and integration tools.Familiarity with SAP HANA and other data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Certified Application Associate or higher.Experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
