SECURITY MANAGER

In this role you will be in charge of the information security programs of various clients, deploying Qalea’s technology and acting as the most senior security person within those client companies.What you’ll do as a Security Manager at Qalea:Develop, implement and maintain the customer’s organization information security program - with the help of Qalea proprietary technology. Security programs are aligned on frameworks such as ISO 27001, ENS, PCI-DSS, DORA, NIS2.Coordinate and manage certifications processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation.Ensure the successful deployment of Qalea cybersecurity technology (e.g. EDR/SIEM, automated pentesting tools).Build and own customer relationships, ensuring our customers achieve success and derive maximum value from us.Within the customer company, act as the most-knowledgeable person in any information security matter, answering doubts and providing advice.Key qualifications for the position:3+ years of experience in Information Security, including working directly with end customers.Experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity tools, such as password managers, EDR/SIEM, and vulnerability management solutions.Experience in conducting audits and assessments, including the preparation and review of audit documentation.Ability to move fast and take ownership.Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to converse effectively at all levels of seniority. Proven success of communicating effectively in Spanish and English.The ideal candidate for this position would also have:Experience working in startups or scaleups.Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS), NIS2, PCI-DSS, DORA.A certification such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA or CISM.Perks & benefitsHyper growth: We are one of the fastest growing cybersecurity companies in Spain.
