Job Role Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
•    8+ years relevant experience in security infrastructure monitoring  •    Proactive monitoring and contribution to service improvement area •    Previous relevant experience of leading a team for Security Infrastructure monitoring team •    Good understanding of event monitoring tools •    Good knowledge of Remedy tool •    Good written and verbal communication skills •    Good understanding of SLA   Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•    Degree in Computer Science, Data / Information Technology, Engineering or similar •    Experience in Log Monitoring/ Infrastructure monitoring •    Exposure in security gateway devices monitoring •    Basic knowledge in Networking concept •    Experience of global customer handling •    A reputation for self-motivation, integrity, cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills •    Customized and correlative reporting efficiency _VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India.
