We are hiring a SEO Manager! 💎Green Island Green Island is part of Starcasino.be group, a gambling company with +35 years of experience, and support all its brands (Starcasino, Starcasino Dice, Starcasino Sport, Hotwin and Solcasino) and markets (Belgium, Neetherlands and Spain).What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the development and implementation of Green Island SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and attract new customersConducting market and keyword research to identify growth opportunitiesProducing and managing SEO-optimised content for landing pages and blogsMeasuring performance of SEO initiatives, and defining data-driven insights to build a solid, prioritised action plan that brings growthCollaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing and business objectivesWorking with and communicating the impact of SEO initiatives to different business stakeholdersEnsuring content follows SEO, legal, and brand guidelinesCleaning links and building good quality linksWhat You'll Need Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional language as French or Dutch is very appreciated3+ years of experience in SEO marketing in a working with different brands (preferably agency or freelance experience)A deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodsExpertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other industry-standard toolsExperience conducting keyword research and identifying content gapA data-driven approach and awareness of the importance of appropriately quantifying your workGreat self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global SEO strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the market dynamics, user behavior, and competitor strategies.Perform detailed keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards (XML sitemaps/ webmaster tools) to diagnose SEO performance and identify key areas for improvement.Keep pace with SEO algorithm changes and marketing trends.Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
