SAR/ Candidate Search Contributes to the activities of searching for spaces suitable for renting for the placement of mobile communication towers.
Negotiates and signs lease and purchase contracts for the spaces where communication systems are located (radio stations, ISS ports, fiber optic cables, Femto, WIFI).
Negotiates and ensures the renewal of existing lease contracts, while aiming to reduce the monthly rent rate.
Supervises and controls the registration in specific information systems of all notifications and current correspondence with owners/public authorities, ensuring their resolution and timely response to maintain partnership relations.
Supervises and controls the archiving of contracts within the area of responsibility.
Ideal Candidate.
High school graduate, preferably with higher education.
2-3 years of relevant professional experience (negotiation, contracting, Site Acquisition).
Digital skills.
Excel, Powerpoint.
Driving license.
Cat.
(preferably) knowledge of the company's reporting system architecture.
(preferably) business knowledge regarding the company's product and service portfolio.
(preferably) knowledge of the company's operational ordering processes.
Presentation and communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Accuracy in processing and interpreting results.
Organized in reasoning, structured thinking, and presentation.
