Site Operations Manager - Barcelona - €70,000 - €80,000 Gross Per YearWe are looking for an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager for a rapidly growing colocation provider with expansion plans in Barcelona. The right candidate will have an electrical or mechanical background and an in-depth knowledge of critical infrastructure. The company has expanded rapidly in recent years, with significant investment from a private equity fund specialising in telecoms and infrastructure. You will play a key role in the expansion of the Barcelona site, implementing your own processes and best practices. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the critical infrastructure team, with technicians and lead engineers reporting to you. The site is not yet operational, so this is an amazing opportunity to get started in the company early and implement your style.
