STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING MANAGER

Responsible for design and development of charging product structure design and structure optimization Key responsibilities 1.
Responsible for the design of charging pile structure layout scheme, structural design optimization, test scheme and verification analysis; 2.
Responsible for the evaluation, verification and optimization of structural design schemes, and promote product iteration; 3.
Assist to complete structural mechanics simulation and thermal management analysis, optimize structural design to meet the design requirements of protection, noise, heat dissipation, etc.; 4.
Optimize the structural design process, improve and establish the design specifications of the charger cabinet, and strengthen the management of structural drawings and BOM changes 5.
Managed the design team of product structure such as charging machine to complete project tasks and improve the ability of team members 6.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors Requirements 1.
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or mechatronics.

More than 5-8 years of working experience in the development of charging machine and charging pile structure, and corresponding team management.
3.
Have knowledge of mechanical structure design system, structure process design, structure design specifications, product structure and process specifications, reliability verification specifications.
4.
Familiar with the whole process of structural development and verification of outdoor electrical equipment, have a strong ability to analyze and solve structural problems, and have a strong ability to analyze costs.
5.
Familiar with common metal materials (cold-rolled sheet, copper bar, stainless steel, etc.) characteristics, processing technology, outdoor cabinet surface treatment and processing technology, as well as related reliability test standards.
6.
Fluent in spoken English.
7.
Proficient in CAD, SOLIDWORKS and other design software, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other office software.
