Your responsibilities will include: Materials Planning (Raw Materials & Packaging):Forecasting and managing inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.Ensuring timely availability of materials to support production needs.Material Supply Management:Developing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and agility.Leading supplier setup and spearheading agility improvement projects.Production Planning:Managing service delivery and inventory for selected production lines.Conducting capacity leveling and preparing monthly performance reports.Inventory Management:Monitoring raw material stocks to mitigate write-off risks and optimize inventory turnover.Subcontractor Planning:Overseeing service delivery and inventory management for products outsourced to external manufacturers.Supply Planning & Analytics:Leveraging big data analysis to inform strategic decisions.Driving processes to maintain balanced and healthy stock levels.Requirements:Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar supply chain or planning role.Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse cultural and functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent organizational and planning skills with a proactive and empathetic approach.This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes and driving efficiencies across a global network.
