Job Description Job Summary.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Process and compliance specialist to ensure our TA operations, adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and auditing procedures, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities.
Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess Talent Acquisition compliance in lines with the company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal audit plans and programs to cover all aspects of the TA Function.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboard, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for the team.
- Should have end to end understanding of TA roles and strong understanding of data analytics - Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for TA team - Investigate and respond to compliance concerns or reports of potential violations - Stay up-to-date with industry and organization wide regulations and changes in compliance requirements, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree from any accredited university.
- 8 plus years of experience in internal auditing, data analytics, compliance, data and reporting or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, data and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong Stakeholder Management - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in audit software, Success Factors(ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
