Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing - US Location.
US (Stamford) or Dublin We are seeking a highly competent and adaptable Tax Manager with a subject matter expertise related to Transfer Pricing (TP) planning and concepts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing manager level analysis and support to the global GTBS Team, as a key member of the Transfer Pricing team, managing in a complex multi-national corporate organization.
This role requires the following key competencies.
technical knowledge of US or OECD Transfer Pricing laws, regulations, rulings and pronouncements, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders, advanced experience with process management, data analysis technology tools, and execution.
Responsibilities.
Perform and manage valuations regarding intellectual property in accordance with US and foreign requirements by combining both in-house and/or by external advisor work efforts; Implement and document global TP strategies related to acquisitions, business restructurings, intercompany financing, etc; Lead high level interactions with employees throughout the organization, including the treasury, accounting, finance, business operations, and legal departments; Update and maintain global intercompany agreements and maintain DAC6 compliance; Participate in special projects via research, analysis, and documentation of issues and opportunities as identified.
Required Skills and Experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance or equivalent MBA or CPA (preferred) 4 to 6 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing Big Four experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle, or other ERP systems Alteryx or PowerBi are nice to have Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be objective and provide independent input and analysis Exudes a positive and winning attitude Proactive self-starter, able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment and can recognize opportunities for staff development, coaching, mentoring Who are we? A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
