TEAM LEAD LOGISTICS (H/M/X)
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Coordinar las diferentes áreas del almacén, incluyendo entradas, reposición, preparación de pedidos y transporte.
Optimizar, organizar y planificar la preparación y distribución eficiente de pedidos.
Supervisar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de trabajo para garantizar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.
Gestionar y liderar al equipo de trabajo a su cargo, asegurando la adecuada distribución de tareas y la motivación del personal.
Elaborar turnos de trabajo para garantizar una cobertura óptima en todas las áreas del almacén.
Generar y presentar informes periódicos de rendimiento, inventario y otros indicadores clave del almacén.
EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA:
Ciclos formativos de grado superior en el área logística
Se valorará la titulación superior
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles de coordinación o gestión en almacenes o logística.
Muy valorable el contar con experiencia en naves logísticas de comercio electrónico.
Conocimiento en optimización de procesos logísticos y gestión de inventarios.
Habilidades de liderazgo, iniciativa, flexibilidad y capacidad para gestionar equipos de trabajo.
Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de planificación.
Competencia en el uso de software de gestión de almacenes (WMS) y herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word).
Capacidad para elaborar informes detallados de rendimiento y operaciones.
REMUNERACIÓN:
Banda salarial entre 23.000€ y 25.000€ (negociable según experiencia).
Contrato indefinido a jornada completa, de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00.
