Join us to become a part of an ambitious team of change-makers and build a fulfilling career with us.What you're gonna doWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Technical Implementation Manager to join our team.Provide expert support to customers during API implementation, explaining functionality in detail.Consult with customers on best practices to ensure efficient and scalable API implementation.Assist customers in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met.Update and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including API usage guides and troubleshooting procedures.Facilitate effective communication between customers and developers, ensuring smooth technical collaboration.Track, prioritize, and manage technical issues or bugs during the implementation process.That's you1-2 years experience as implementation manager, QA specialist, application manager, project managerFluent English is a must have, excellent verbal/written communication skillsAnalyst mindsetHands on mentalitySelf-organized, reliable and quality drivenexperience with SNOW or comparable softwarebusiness knowledge device as a service market is a plus
