Website: https://fr.hanshow.com/Job Description: As part of the project management department at Hanshow Group and reporting to the Project Director for Spain, you will be responsible for managing the project scope for our Spanish clients, including travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.In this role, you will assist our clients in their digital transformation through our connected commerce solutions, contribute to the project development in collaboration with the client, participate in planning and monitoring retail projects, and handle a variety of functional topics. You will be responsible for defining and following the deployment roadmap.You will ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to timelines, and resource management, following an agile and collaborative project approach.Responsibilities:Oversee project follow-up and prioritize client needs.Work jointly with technical and R&D teams.Manage, organize, and lead meetings to gather client requirements, write meeting minutes, and monitor project progress with clients.Organize and document the business acceptance testing phases.Ensure and coordinate business interactions, internal teams, and external partners.Monitor, manage, and present the resources allocated to your projects.Desired Profile:University degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in managing and overseeing client relationships.Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and meticulous.Understand business challenges and enjoy acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.Proficiency in Spanish and English.What Hanshow offers:Competitive salaryHealthy and international work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and international mobilityApplication: Interested in joining a dynamic and diverse company?
