For these reason the company has decided to boost its growth in Spain hiring in Barcelona.Territory Manager Medical Devices (Experience in Tenders)ResponsibilitiesThe Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for the sales that occur on each contract in the assigned districtBuild relationships with customer decision makers such as purchasers, buyers, logistics managers, care developers, assistive technology consultants, reference group membersWork proactively for procurements according to the sales processParticipate in and lead improvement and target work related to the business.Actively contribute to the company's vision and future growth by working closely with Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) in assigned district.Reconcile sales against budget and target efforts strategicallyThru process development at customer implements product solutionsDutiesResponsible for Spanish tenders with all administration and submit procurement. If need of assistance collaborate with Tender Manager before, during and after tender process.Follow the sales processWork in a business development way with customers and find strategic solutions to promote good businessConduct internal meetings according to the sales processInitiate and/or attend annual contract meetings on all contracts in assigned districtPlanning, documentation and administrationParticipate in fairs, conferences and lectures related to procurement, products, medical devices or similar relevant forums related to product and vision.Conduct trainings on product and/or health economicsCreate sales budget once a yearCollaborate with Marketing Department to create mailings, contribute to relevant information in newsletters and marketing materialsTo manage their commitments in the company CRM & Business system.Maintain good product, customer and competitor knowledge and communicate this within the companyCollaborate with Tender Manager before, during and after tender processProcess new customers (public and private), document and bring into the sales processResponsible for onboarding and start-up of new contract with new customerExperience and Qualifications-Experience in Life Science (tender) (it is an experienced person we are looking for)-Experience in business development and knowledge of MDR (medical device regulation) is an advantage-Business focused-Experience in a process-driven organization-We are not looking for a product specialist. For example, we are looking for: a product manager, tender manager, business developer or similar-Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Outlook-Availability to travel around Spain and occasionally Europe.-Driving license-Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English, spoken and written-The place of residence will preferably be, Barcelona.We offer an excellent opportunity for a business development professional in the medical devices sector; independent, responsible, driven, team player, curious to learn, self-leadership, who wishes to lead the implementation of the subsidiary of a leading multinational with premium solutions and a reference in its sector.
