TRAINING MANAGER SPAIN

Position Mission The Training Manager Spain will promote brand image and values by training Beauty Therapists and BAs on product knowledge, protocol treatments and selling techniques. This position also conducts in-person and virtual events for spa and perfumeries.Main Tasks & Duties · Training (50%): Deliver technical and theoretical trainings (in-person or virtual) that are informative, engaging and maximize product knowledge retention on the latest skin care techniques and product launches · Develop a trusting relationship with clients and their teams. · Consistently deliver extraordinary Valmont professional esthetic service and sales advice to clients. · Train Valmont BA's in the department store on products, novelties on a regular basis · Events (up to 25-30%): Conduct animations at spas, department stores and various points of sale by performing facials, master classes and pop-up events (in person or virtual depending on client´s needs) · Administrative tasks (20%) · Organize schedule and own travel coordination, according to requests of the sales team. · Ensure that all paperwork after every training/ animation is completed and submitted in a timely manner · Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to schedule trainings, order gifts and add follow-up notes and photos after each training or event conducted in the territory. · Pro-active follow-up and support with client needs and requests · Organization of trainings (logistics, food, supplies, kit replenishment, etc.) · Cube Management of the area · Translation of technical training documents · Learning and practicing: Maintain high level of expertise in product and protocol knowledge · Meetings (5%): Attend National Sales and Training meetings 2-4 times a year, to remain up-to date on product launches and new protocols.Competencies · Good knowledge regarding beauty care · Capacity to learn quickly · Proven ability to learn and perfect Valmont´s face & body protocols · Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking. · Customer-oriented with an ability to sell and give sales-based trainings. · Highly collaborative; working with various departments in a team-oriented environment. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and pro-active organizational skills. · Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and Microsoft Teams. · Entrepreneurial, self-confident, and self-motivated, flexible, team-player and positive attitude · Fluent in Spanish and EnglishQualifications · Esthetician diploma and proficiency · Minimum of two or more years´ experience in a similar position. · Prior experience in a luxury environment preferred · Good knowledge of national businessesOther relevant information Traveling: Travel required within territory and possibly outside territory when needed. Location: Based in Barcelona.
