Moreover, we are present in 80 countries through some 1,500 retail outlets and with more than 3.000 employees.CONTEXTLongchamp launches a new Visual Merchandising Manager position for Spain.This is a fantastic and challenging opportunity to participate in the refinement of Longchamp's Brand Image. Reporting to the Spain General Director and in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Visual Identity departments based in Paris, your main challenge will be to manage Longchamp's image strategy in Spain.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic person to join our team as an Visual Merchandising Manager based in Madrid to manage our boutiques and retail outlets points in Spain. As Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating spaces of surprise and excitement, in accordance with Longchamp guidelines and the boutiques’ commercial objectives. Together with the Sales Associates, you create the interior visual merchandising and contribute to the preparation of commercial events by ensuring the quality and coherence of the boutiques across the board.WHAT YOU WILL DOVisual MerchandisingImplement the Longchamp Visual Identity following the essentials guidelines and inspirational booklets and in line which the store’s focus and product offer.Guarantee an inviting and qualitative presentation, ensuring adequate care of items every day in collaboration with the store team.Make sure that the presentation of products and merchandise is in line with the brand identity and fluid in compliance with the layout, furnishing and customers experience.Work closely with the with the Visual Merchandising and Visual Identity departments based in Paris for the monthly planning of the VM in Spain and adapt it to the needs of each store.Intervene in relation to the store's KPIs and take actions to achieve the objectives and forecasts indicated for the store with the supervision of the Store Manager.Coordinates and takes actively part to the setup of all showrooms and product presentations for corporate, retail and wholesale.Travel periodically through Spain to carry out the VM of boutiques and retail outlets, new openings or attend events.Identify and promote together with the Store Manager opportunities to increase sales and customers satisfaction.Plan and prepare the VM implementation to reach higher VM standards and efficient in implementation.Produce activity reports and monitor the network through the Yoobic VM reporting app.Share seasonal trend information with the store team by constantly offering information and inspiration.Manage launches and activities on schedule and in line with Longchamp standards.Ensure the monitoring and quality of visual identity facilities on the network.Ensure monitoring of decoration facilities and seasonal events.Team Collaboration & DevelopmentEvaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team.Organise, deliver and create visual training for all team members so they could contribute to VM maintenance.Share information on inspirational booklets for each season with the teams and follow their evolution over time.YOUR PROFILEAt least 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.Studies based on Arts, Design, Fashion or similar are highly valued.Languages: Spanish & English Proficiency (additional language is a plus)Based in Madrid or surroundings (Spain) - Willing to travel frequently for the VM of boutiques in Spain.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Computer Skills: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign…), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Google Workspace and management skills to operate other VM-related systems or apps.Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.Strong Team Management skills with the potential to develop people professionally.Confidence, flexible, excellent organisation skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure, ease of multi-tasking and maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.To be up to date on luxury market trends and social media activity.Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment.Strong product knowledge on RTW standards and styling.Commercial Mindset and Creativity.Brand Ambassador.WHAT WE OFFERPosition: Full Time 40HContract: PermanentHybrid WorkPrivate health cover after qualifying period.Staff discountMeal vouchersGenerous holiday allowance (+ 5 more days after your first year + 1 more day in your second year, and so on).Employee Support Program: psychological assistance 24H/7, 365 days/year for the employee and their family members.Career development opportunities (multinational company)Inclusion & DiversityLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognising the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
